Programs

A past participant once told me that my programs felt alive. I loved that. It felt right.

That is what I want to create, and what I want people to feel when they step into the room — whether in person or online.

Brave enough to say the thing they have been thinking for weeks. Safe enough to cry if that is what comes up. Confident enough to claim what they actually want, maybe before they fully know what to do with it.

Through guided conversation and shared reflection, participants realize they’re not alone in what they’re navigating. That trust changes everything. It opens the door to connection, belonging, and a sense of possibility that extends far beyond the group itself.

Double Shift

For mothers navigating the return to work — and the identity shift that comes with it.

Double Shift is designed specifically for mothers who are recalibrating ambition, caregiving, guilt, identity, and energy.

It offers: structure, evidence-based tools and practices from positive psychology, and most importantly, a community of women who understand the dual load.

It is not about “having it all.” It is about defining success on your terms — now.

Circle

Circle is the foundational group coaching model behind my work. It’s a multi-week, small-group experience that I’ve run with students, professionals, and leaders.

Each cohort moves through a structured progression of themes — connection, self-awareness, motivation, control, regret, and the intersection of passion and purpose (to name a few).

But Circle is more than conversation. It is an evidence-based experience that helps participants to realize that they are not alone, and that their struggles are normal.

The ultimate outcome: Greater integration between your identities, your values, and your goals as you define success on your own terms.

Additional Offerings

Alongside Circle and Double Shift, I love to develop intimate programs for people in distinct seasons of pressure, transition, and reinvention.

These include spaces for stay-at-home mothers navigating identity and purpose outside of paid work; professionals in consulting, banking, law, and other high-status fields who feel caught by the golden handcuffs; and custom Circles for organizations, schools, alumni communities, and parent groups.

Each program is built around a specific question, but the deeper work is often the same: helping people feel less alone, think more clearly, and make choices that are not driven only by fear, optics, or antiquated definitions of success.
