Programs
A past participant once told me that my programs felt alive. I loved that. It felt right.
That is what I want to create, and what I want people to feel when they step into the room — whether in person or online.
Brave enough to say the thing they have been thinking for weeks. Safe enough to cry if that is what comes up. Confident enough to claim what they actually want, maybe before they fully know what to do with it.
Through guided conversation and shared reflection, participants realize they’re not alone in what they’re navigating. That trust changes everything. It opens the door to connection, belonging, and a sense of possibility that extends far beyond the group itself.
Circle
Circle is the foundational group coaching model behind my work. It’s a multi-week, small-group experience designed for people navigating change and figuring out what comes next. Each cohort follows a deliberate progression: as trust builds, the conversations deepen. But Circle is more than conversation. It is an evidence-based experience designed to help people recognize that they are not alone—and get clearer about what matters and how they want to move forward.
Circle can also be adapted around the particular questions a community is navigating. Double Shift, for example, was created for mothers navigating the return to work and the identity shift that comes with it. Goodbye Golden Handcuffs is for those of us who have realized that maybe it’s time to get off the hedonic treadmill.
The throughline is the same: a structured place to reflect honestly, connect with others, and define success on your own terms.
Facilitator Training
I train facilitators to create group experiences that are structured, engaging, and psychologically safe. The training itself is experiential: before learning how to facilitate the work, participants experience it themselves. From there, we unpack what made it effective, learn and practice the underlying skills, and build confidence through feedback and repetition.
I’ve designed and led facilitator training for organizations including NYU Langone Health, UVA Darden, and Schwarzman Scholars.
Building programs can be joyful!
I love creating experiences people actually want to show up for.
